
James Caissy is from Baie-des-Chaleurs in the Gaspé Peninsula. From an early age, he became familiar with the energy of nature that surrounds him between the sea and the mountains. As a teenager, he was introduced to Tai Chi and the Nadeau technique. In search of self-learning, it is in early adulthood that he decides to travel. First, at the Esalen Institute in California where he will learn the Gestalt technique: movement therapy and nutrition .Then in San Diego, to take a massage course at the International Professional School of Bodywork. During the 1980s, he went in the Chicago area and took training at the Living Toa Foundation and practiced Tai Chi with the renowned philosopher and teacher: Chungliang Al Huang. In parallel with his professional career, he will specialize with differents breathing techniques for stress management. He also learned the concepts of kinesiology in relation of food and emotions and learned the intuitive practice of Lecher’s Antenna. His listening skill and personalized intervention techniques make him a highly appreciated consultant.
